Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Council consists of one representative from each active Business Ally member.  A Chair and Vice Chair are elected by the members.  The purpose of the Council is to build strong employer DEI programs to improve employment opportunities for our community.  The Chair of the Council serves on the Board of Directors.

Awareness, Understanding & Learning Council

The Awareness, Understanding & Learning Council consists of three members.  A Chair and Vice Chair are elected by the members.  The purpose of the Council is to promote programs to bring awareness and understanding to people.  The Council also grants scholarships to LGBTQIA+ people.  The Chair of the Council serves on the Board of Directors.

The Health, Wellbeing & Safety Council consists of three members.  A Chair and Vice Chair are elected by the members.  The purpose of the Council is to promote health and wellbeing services for our community and assist people in crisis situations.  The Chair of the Council serves on the Board of Directors.
